Honey Leaves is Hizan honey, which is produced completely naturally, without any additives, by the bees fed with the rich vegetation of approximately 2500 different flowers in the Hizan Plateau, one of the highest altitude plateaus in Turkey.
Hizan plateaus have a rich flower army as it is one of Turkey's high altitude and untouched plateaus. Naturally, the roads leading to the plateaus at this height are almost non-existent. The geographical difficulties of the region necessitate the use of mounts even when transporting the hives of Honey Leaves. Therefore, our bees, which produce the highest quality honey of the Middle East, are fed from plants that are far from exhaust gas.
The hives in which Honey Leaves organic honey will be produced are never painted and are not covered with nylon covers. This sensitivity of ours, keeps Honey Leaves products under the sun all year long, preventing the contamination of chemical and inorganic substances over time. Again in our hives, stainless chrome and steel materials are used instead of nails and wires found in conventional production materials.
Industry wax (paraffin) is strictly not used in Turkey's and Hizan's favorite Honey Leaves products. The frames are completely embroidered with natural waxes produced by the bee itself.
There are no agricultural areas where pesticides and artificial fertilization are made in the region where our hives are placed.
All of the Honey Leaves products, which are proven to be used in the pharmaceutical industry today, of 400 of the plants on which the bees feed, are pure and natural.

In the USA, where famous gourmets and academics were jury members, Honey Leaves was selected as the winner of the Middle East by getting full marks among 780 honeys and left an indispensable taste on the palate with the aroma of thousands of flowers native to the region.
